Job title : Trading Administrator (Central Billing Admin Role) Location : Dublin, Ballymun Job type : Full time, 37.5hours Temporary 2 year contract. The Role : Working in the Trading Strategy & Operations team and supporting the full Trading team to manage supplier Central Billing files. Supporting Top Oil file management and Daybreak Sales Team with CB queries. What youll be doing : Suppliers A cyclical review every 6 weeks of each supplier file is carried out to validate data, product codes etc ensuring invoicing compliance improving Product data and invoicing efficiencies. Point of contact for suppliers to update files in timely manner and hitting weekly cut off timelines. Trading Work with each TM to manage and update the CB range for all retailers. Review the price portal each day and take any supplier files sent from trading mainly CPI files and update on CB system weekly. CPIs(Cost Price Increases) Ensure all CPIs are updated by Thursday each to week to ensure they interface to back office systems and appear on the retailer bulletin every Sunday Resolve any Bulletin queries raised by retailers. Finance Monthly update on missing LTA on CB, working with finance team to identify missing LTA rates and updating correct LTA rates. Top Oil - Support includes the following tasks : Managing the full end to end CB file for Top Oil. Total Top Oil CB Sales LY - €12.5m. Management of 15 bespoke CB suppliers for Top Oil including Product Set Up, CPIs, SPC Changes, New Line Listings / Ranges, and Seasonal Ranges. Acting as the main point of contact for Top Oil Head Office team responding to 10-15 queries per week across Product Listing issues, Pack size changes, SPC code changes, bulletin queries and CPIs. Meeting with Top Oil team once per quarter to review operations and product data. System Compliance working cross functionally with IT (Michael Costello) on interface and listing issues and MDS (Francis Quinn) on missing entry sales via Central Billing Legislative Changes such EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) What we are looking for : Minimum 2 years administration Skills Good level of numeracy skills Organisational Skills Interpersonal & Communications Skills (written & verbal) Ability to adapt to a varied workload and dependable Excellent PC Skills (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint) Supplier Management Ability to work on own initiative A Team Player who thrives in a fastpaced environment Business qualification desirable but not essential What we Offer or Why Musgrave : Career Development : With a commitment to your personal and professional growth, Musgrave offers numerous opportunities for advancement and learning.
