QA Manual Engineer

We are looking for a QA Manual Engineer to join our Product team. As a QA Manual Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our system's quality and facilitating agile processes and ceremonies. You'll work closely with the development team to identify, report, and track issues, as well as collaborate with other Scrum team members to ensure timely resolution. You will have the opportunity to serve as a Scrum Master, helping the team to implement agile processes, improve efficiency and develop management skills.

This role requires an understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manual testing : Web and Mobile (native).
• Estimation of testing efforts for the project.
• API Testing.
• Provide clear and accurate reporting on testing progress and results.
• Design and execute test plans and cases to ensure product quality.
• Mentor other QA team members.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize defects and provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance.
• Analyse automated test results.
• Perform investigative testing to determine possible causes of issues.
• Ensure that the software meets both functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Communicate quality status to stakeholders and management.
