Mechanic / Fitter

Role : Mechanic / Fitter Location : County Dublin Salary : Competitive About Us : Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across Ireland and the UK.

Due to ongoing growth, were expanding our Engineering team and seeking experienced Mechanics / Fitters to join us in both field-based and workshop roles.

We welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds inforklift trucks, plant machinery, agricultural equipment, HGVs, passenger vehicles, or similar machinery.

Responsibilities : Adhering to all health and safety guidelines Servicing and maintaining diesel, LPG and electrical materials handling equipment.

Fault finding and completing planned preventative maintenance and pre delivery inspection of forklift trucks.

Maintaining a clean and orderly working area including common areas Completing job cards and ensuring all required parts to complete tasks are ordered.

Providing a professional and friendly customer service experience.

What you'll need to succeed : Relevant technical qualifications Proven experience in a similar role Strong understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems Ability to work independently and under pressure What We Offer : Competitive basic salary (negotiable) Company van for field-based roles Paid door to door.
