We pride ourselves on serving quality dishes in a relaxed, friendly setting. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running our busy day time kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, menu development, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities Manage other staff in the kitchen Menu planning, bringing creative ideas while keeping in line with the Tea Rooms style. Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard. Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations. Manage stock levels and ordering. Lead the team to deliver excellent service to customers. Requirements Previous experience leading a kitchen in a café, restaurant, or similar environment A recognised culinary qualification (e.g. FETAC / QQI or equivalent) desirable. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices. Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen. Creativity and enthusiasm for producing fresh, quality food.
