The Role :

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will :

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
• Work across different sections of the kitchen as required.
• Ensure all dishes meet our five-star standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain HACCP and food safety standards at all times.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
• Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development.
