Responsibilities : You are joining a growing business intelligence team who function as an independent unit responsible for both end-to-end design of analytics reporting suites for internal customers across the business as well as development and maintenance of external customer reporting utilizing Tableau.

The Business Intelligence and Insights group utilizes Power BI, Tableau and Qlik to meet our customers needs.

In your role as a Business Intelligence & Insights Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of customers from intake through production to ensure that they receive reporting that provides actionable insights.

In this role, you can expect to be utilising our proprietary sports data to building projects for multiple customers at a time.

Spanning multiple sports including Soccer, Rugby, Tennis, Cricket and Basketball, this role will utilise the data to build insightful reports for our customers analysing historic trends, previewing upcoming games or rounds, and supporting organizations in harnessing our Opta data to find insights.

Our team utilises Agile methodology to scope, plan and delivery reporting to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities : Tableau Development : Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards and reporting that provide business insights to Stats Perform and our Clients.

Implement data modeling, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes utilising SQL.

Develop advanced dashboards and content that enables interactive, user-friendly analytics solutions.

Data Visualization : Understanding of data visualization principles, best practices, and techniques to effectively communicate insights.

Tableau Online administration : Knowledge of Tableau Online administration, including deployment, configuration, and management.

Desired Qualifications : 3+ years of formal experience in analytics or business intelligence, specifically developing reporting solutions utilising Tableau and SQL.

Experience in designing ETL processes, including knowledge of data warehousing strategies and theories.

Understanding of dimensional modelling (Star / Snowflake Schema).

Experience working on an Agile development team High degree of comfort with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira and Confluence Keen interest in sport, particularly Football and Rugby Union, Rugby League, Tennis and Cricket.
