Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland, supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential service.

Locations for these services include

Sligo

We require residential

Social Care Workers

to provide high quality care to the service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.

Requirements

A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area

Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking

Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care

Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures

Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures

Full Clean Manual Driving License

Successful candidates will provide high quality care to service users, promote independence, support person-centred planning, and contribute to the day-to-day operation of the residential service.

The role involves supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them achieve positive outcomes in a safe environment.
