Job Location : Limerick

INFORM3 are currently recruiting a Quality Manager for a civils contractor to work on numerous civil projects across Munster.

The candidate will work for a client with great success in the industry deriving from their highly skilled and knowledgeable team.

The client takes great interest in their staff and values hard work which they reward in kind with the opportunity to grow and progress within the company.

The successful candidate will need to have a great eye for detail, highly organised and previously worked in a similar Quality / Site Management position.

Quality Manager Responsibilities :

Liaise with the Project Manager

Coordinate and manage the quality team

Develop strategies and plans for Quality Management

Carry out regular site visits, testing quality of work and materials on site

Complete reports upon site visits

Ensure site teams are aware and recognise the importance of quality standards

Liaise when appropriate with Consultancies / Clients / Regulatory Agencies regarding requirements for each project

Conduct regular meetings with the quality team discussing pressing issues

Attend Site Meetings providing feedback on quality

Attend Management meetings discussing reports from site

Quality Manager Specification :

Quality Management Degree / Diploma / Qualification

8 years' + in a similar position

Previous experience in the construction industry

Excellent organisation and communication skills

Able to work independently

Motivated to learn and grow within the role

Full Driving License
