Clinical Nurse Manager Surgical Orthopaedics Ward Orthopaedic CNM1 Grade Hospital Cork Our client an established hospital in Cork wishes to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager for their Surgical Orthopaedics Ward, this is a CNM1 Grade. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable expanding hospital. Are you a Staff Nurse working in Orthopaedics? Are you looking for your next career move? Required :

• Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses NMBI
• Have at least 5 years post registration experience with a minimum of two years nursing experience in Orthopaedics
• Have proven clinical and professional ability
• Management experience not essential.
• Excellent Organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership and management skills
• Good IT skills
• Quality focus
• Risk Management
• Work on own initiative or as part of a team
