We are hiring for our client, a leading commercial law practice, seeking a

Competition & Regulation Solicitor

to join their highly regarded team in either Dublin or Cork.

This permanent position offers a hybrid working model and the chance to work on some of the most high-profile and complex competition, antitrust, and regulatory matters in the Irish market.

The Role :

Advise on Irish and EU merger control, foreign direct investment screening, and antitrust investigations.

Support clients on state aid, foreign subsidies regulations, and public procurement matters.

Provide strategic advice on sectoral regulation across industries including telecoms, energy, broadcasting, and transport.

Manage complex, cross-practice cases collaboratively with colleagues.

The Person :

NQ+ qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials and a keen interest in competition, antitrust, and regulatory law.

Client-focused, commercially minded, and comfortable managing a varied workload.

Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.

Motivated to deepen expertise and develop a career in competition and regulatory law.
