Products Liability Solicitor - Top Firm

Overview

Our client, one of the top domestic firms in Ireland, is looking to hire a solicitor to join the Products Liability team in their Dublin office.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in regulatory enforcement actions, civil claims and judicial review proceedings and manage complex product liability litigation, both at group and multi-party level in a national and global context.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have between 1-5 PQE in defence litigation, ideally in commercial or heavily regulated industries.
