GPC Finance is working with a reputable firm in North Dublin.
They require a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to join their skilled team.
Description :
Monthly posting of Sales and Purchase Invoices, Debtor and Creditor Receipts
Handling non-debtor and non-creditor transactions in relevant bank accounts
Monthly bank reconciliations
Payroll preparation and Revenue submission
VAT, Payroll, and RCT returns filing for clients
Company Secretarial returns for Limited Companies
Ad hoc duties as required
Direct client liaison
The successful candidate will have :
Qualified Accounts Technician or similar qualification
2+ years' experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong level of attention to detail
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Experience with arrange of accounting packages an advantage
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and to work under pressure
Ability to work at own initiative
Proven experience as a team player
Computer Skills :
Experience with Relate and Xero is an advantage
