Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced professional to advise clients on
employment tax, global mobility, social security, and personal income tax matters
This role involves providing strategic guidance on cross-border employment complexities.
Key Responsibilities :
Advise tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on employee and employer tax and social security implications.
Develop workforce tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
Provide insights on global mobility programs and tax considerations.
Oversee tax aspects of mobility, including equalization, protection, and planning.
Manage tax disputes and resolve mobility-related challenges.
Assess and mitigate permanent establishment risks across jurisdictions.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure employment tax compliance.
Deliver training sessions on workforce tax matters.
Build strong client relationships to support long-term business success.
Ideal candidate :
Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) – Irish Tax Institute
Tax & Social Security Knowledge – Strong understanding of Irish employment tax, PAYE, PRSI, USC, and international tax treaties.
Global Mobility Expertise – Experience with expatriate taxation, cross-border employment, and mobility policies.
Compliance & Advisory Skills
Salary & Benefits : Salary €55k – €65k
