Tax Operations Associate - US Tax

Our client are a leading global investment management firm. They are seeking a Tax Operations Associate to join their U.S. Tax Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first tax hires in Dublin, working closely with colleagues both locally and across global offices. Responsibilities : Support a wide range of tax workstreams, including monitoring corporate actions, managing U.S. withholding tax processes, preparing regulatory filings, and assisting with risk management, compliance, and reporting. You will also contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams. Requirements : 3+ years' experience in tax, accounting, or finance (financial services or asset management preferred) Strong U.S. tax knowledge is an advantage Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global teams A proactive, self-starting approach with strong problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Skills : corporate tax VAT tax CTA tax provisions statutory reporting US Tax
