Health & Safety Advisor : We are currently recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor for an M&E contractor to work across several water and infrastructure projects in Carlow.

The successful candidate will be reporting into the Senior Health and Safety Advisor.

Responsibilities : Support site compliance with company and client H&S policies.

Maintain safety systems (ISO45001) and documentation.

Assist in preparing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Toolbox Talks.

Carry out site inspections and report findings to management.

Record and investigate incidents and near misses.

Review sub-contractor safety documents and monitor compliance.

Ensure workers are trained and using correct PPE and equipment.

Help compile Safety Files and submit weekly reports.

Promote a positive safety culture and support continuous improvements.

Requirements : Must hold a minimum of a Health & Safety Diploma.

3+ years experience in a similar role.

A relevant Health & Safety qualification.

This is a graduate role / junior role for someone learning on the job.

Possesses an in-depth knowledge of Irish Health & Safety and Environmental legislation and regulations IT Skills Microsoft Office.

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships.
