Field Sales Representative - Recycling Industry Location : Offaly / Laois Area Type : Permanent Salary : €31,000 Benefits : Uncapped Commission + Company Van About the Role FRS Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading organisation in the recycling and environmental services sector to recruit a Field Sales Representative for the Offaly and Laois areas. This is a field-based position with no fixed office location, offering an exciting opportunity to represent a respected brand focused on sustainability, innovation, and community impact. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell recycling and waste management services to households and small businesses across your assigned area. Identify prospects, arrange appointments, and manage the full sales cycle from introduction to closing. Deliver engaging presentations and communicate the environmental and financial benefits of recycling services. Work towards achievable weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets. Follow up with new customers to ensure satisfaction and seamless account setup Requirements : 1-2 years' experience in door-to-door or field sales is highly desirable. Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive yet professional approach. Competent in Microsoft Office; CRM or sales software experience an advantage. Eligible to work in Ireland and proficient in English. Experience within the services, or waste / recycling industries is a strong advantage.
