Sales Development Manager - Building Materials (North Cork)

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Manager to join a growing team. This new role is focused on developing business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with trade customers across Limerick and Tipperary , with a base in North Cork .

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, contractors, and developers.

Grow and manage customer accounts to maximise revenue and loyalty.

Develop and implement sales strategies to hit ambitious growth targets.

Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, stock, and delivery coordination.

Start or finish each day at the North Cork base, attending weekly management meetings.

Requirements

Proven sales or business development experience in building materials, construction, or trade sectors.

Commercially aware, target-driven, and proactive.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Motivated by success and ready to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
