This role will be responsible for leading high-quality recruitment delivery while driving new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our healthcare recruitment practice.

The successful candidate will combine deep industry knowledge with proven business development expertise, taking ownership of client acquisition and
