Trading Manager Assistant

Responsibilities

Provide Admin support to the Trading Manager, including product listing, price maintenance and promotions setup

Liaising with Suppliers, Retailers and with the wider Trading team around projects and frequent deadlines

Supporting the TM on cross functional initiatives

Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date reports using Excel

Works on own initiative with autonomy and as part of a wider team

Qualifications

Strong customer service orientation with excellent administrative, interpersonal and communication skills

Competency in PC packages

Experience in in-house databases is desirable

Previous experience in Trading / Purchasing, Sales or Supply Chain is essential to the role

Strong numerical skills

Planning and organising skills and ability to meet deadlines
