Senior Sales Person

Responsibilities Work with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection buying and finance process Conduct detailed product presentations and test drives Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-ins with professionalism and transparency Consistently follow up with prospects and past customers Stay current on Toyota models, features, accessories and promotions Help set the tone on the floorlead by example with professionalism, energy, and customer focus Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience Create short videos and photos for social media (vehicle walkarounds, new arrivals, promotions, etc.). Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Support dealership events, promotions, and marketing efforts when needed Requirements 2+ years of motor sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Team-oriented, with a willingness to help others grow Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and email follow-ups Valid drivers license and clean driving record Work weekends Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Helpful) Familiarity with local market and customer base Experience with basic content creation or social media promotion What We Offer Competitive base + commission structure Performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement into management Ongoing training and manufacturer certifications Supportive leadership and a team that wants to win together
