About Your New Job As a site manager on a fit-out job you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure it runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. The site will ensure that the fit-out project is completed efficiently, on time, and to the required standards, while managing various teams and keeping communication channels open with the client. Previous experience in fit out or retrofit out projects. Project Management Experience. Degree / Diploma in Construction or Related Field.
