Job description

Our client,

a leading multidisciplinary engineering consulancy, are seeking a Design Engineer to join their team in Dublin to join their Roads & Transportation team.

Responsibilities

Where directed by the Project Manager, liaise with clients to deliver the required deliverables.

Engage with Local Authorities and Stakeholders.

Preparation of Traffic and Mobility Reports.

Review documents and designs prepared by Graduate Engineers.

Experience working with multidisciplinary team.

Proficient in analysing data and problem solving skills.

Management of sub-consultants.

Undertake Transport Modelling.

Take instruction from their Line Manager (and where appropriate the relevant Project Manager and senior members of the project teams).

Requirements

Level 8 Honours Degree qualification in Civil / Structural Engineering or other relevant degree

2+ years in a similar role

Excellent written and verbal (English) communication and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D / 3D and BIM
