As the People and Culture Director, youll be joining a collaborative, energetic environment, this role will see you be the driving force behind safeguarding and evolving their unique culture. Youll work closely with leadership, people managers, and employees to nurture an environment that empowers, engages, and inspires. What Youll Do Lead initiatives that promote values, vision, and employee experience. Oversee key milestones like onboarding, promotions, and leadership development. Provide coaching and tools to ensure managers thrive as culture stewards. Use surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels to inform culture strategies. Design recognition programs and initiatives to boost satisfaction and inclusion. Build a transparent, engaging internal communication strategy with leadership. Foster diversity and inclusion. ensuring every employee feels valued and supported. Partner with the senior leadership team, tackle team dynamics and broader culture initiatives directly. What Youll Bring Proven senior-level experience shaping culture in a scaling, global environment. Expertise in organisational psychology, employee engagement, and EDI strategies. Executive coaching skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
