We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to help onboard industry experts to the Company's innovative platform!

If you are a recent graduate ready to kick start your career & learn key fundamental skills in the business world, this role may be for you! Training provided. The position involves lead generation and outbound outreach via Linkedin.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn and other social media channels to engage industry experts.
Negotiate commercial terms with external stakeholders to foster successful partnerships.
Member management, addressing queries from leads and experts
Expanding the network of experts for the company

We Are Looking For :

1-2 years of experience in commercial lead generation, business development, or recruiting.

A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.

Strong communication skills in English; Fluency in German, French, or Italian is a plus!

Basic knowledge of generating leads using LinkedIn and other media sources.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
