Electrical Maintenance Technicians, mobile Leinster area, predominantly Dublin – commercial buildings

Our client is a well-established and leading building services company whom specialise in the areas of installation, commissioning and aftercare maintenance of mechanical, electrical & HVAC controls systems . We are welcoming applications from Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC technicians to join the mobile team for the Leinster area. The successful candidates will have proven experience working as mechanical, and / or electrical, and / or HVAC or facilities technicians / engineers.

Remuneration includes :

Salary circa €55,, plus on-call (6-8 annually), vehicle, phone, bonus scheme, optional overtime

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Carrying out either electrical or mechanical repairs and emergency breakdowns to clients’ commercial sites
• Maintenance and reactive support of HVAC services (boilers, pumps, pressure units, CWS / DHW services, ventilation plant, ancillary mechanical plant, basic heating / temperature controls, etc)
• Maintenance and reactive support on basic plumbing and electrical systems
• Representing the company to their clients and liaison with clients, sub-contractors, etc
• Surveys of M&E services in buildings
• Responsibility for completion of annual maintenance tasks as required
• Supervision of sub-contractors (meeting on-site, assisting and supervising their service delivery)
• Assisting with quotations, reporting, surveys, etc

The salary is negotiable, depending on qualifications, experience and fit for the role, but the ideal candidate can expect the salary of 55k plus bonus and company car.
