Solution Architect - Drive Digital Transformation Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions as our Solution Architect, playing a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey. About the Role : We're seeking a dynamic Solution Architect to spearhead the design, implementation and integration of a new technology stack, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of this organisation by modernising core systems and enhancing user experiences. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including project management, delivery, QA and operations teams, to ensure alignment with organisational goals. Responsibilities : Lead the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise applications, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Develop and maintain solution architecture aligning with business and technical requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective solutions. Oversee the integration of various systems and platforms. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams. Document solution designs and architecture. Requirements : 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and design. Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise application implementations. Strong ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O modules. Strong understanding of cloud computing, particularly Microsoft Azure. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with SOA, microservices, and API design. Experience across technology layers (database, backend, integration, UX). Strong understanding of network and security architecture. Knowledge of data integration patterns and data management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with agile development practices. Strong documentation skills.
