Summary :

The purpose of this position is to produce test and distribute CNC programs (using G-Code) to the production floor

in a timely manner to meet production demands. This position will also maintain all supporting documents catalogs

and manuals (using AutoCAD and Excel)along with supporting ongoing engineering projects with assigned tasks

or production data collection.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Create and / or modify CNC program for new and existing products using G-Code
• Analyze fabrication drawings and details.
• Ability to measure and calculate in metric and standard units.
• Use of basic CAD software / functions.
• Work with production supervisors and operators to record videos of process and operations for analysis

and analyze using OTRS software for time standards.

perform the essential functions of this job. An individual must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.

Proper lifting techniques required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision

peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job an individual

is regularly required to sit. An individual is frequently required to use hands to finger handle or feel and talk or

hear. An individual is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop

kneel crouch or crawl. The travel required for this position is 15%.
