We are currently hiring Summer Assistants to join our team in Cork, supporting the influx of locals and tourists during the summer, with the mission to promote the vibrant City of Cork.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities :
Be the face of our space!
Use charisma and charm when checking guests in and outResolve guest queries promptly and helpfullyManage bookings and paymentsRespond to guest requests via in person, phone, email, or review sites professionally and empatheticallyMaintain administration duties including reportingSet up and clear spaces throughout the seasonPerform day-to-day housekeeping as requiredChange linensReport maintenance requests accuratelyManage room keysAssist with cleaning and room turnoverUpdate and check daily cleaning and handover listsManage stock rotation and room checksQualificationsWhat you'll need :
Excellent customer service skills; a true people personStrong communication skills for interacting with guests and staffGood time management for busy daysAbility to work well in a busy environmentExperience in housekeeping or willingness to learnOrganizational skills with attention to detailConfidence with office computer systems; experience with booking systems is a plusFlexibility to work hours from 8am to 11pm, Monday to SundayWhat's in it for you?
