Project Manager – Residential – Cork We are currently partnering with a Tier 1 Contractor with presence across Ireland who are now embarking on a 100-housing unit project in Cork. For this project they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the project as number 1 on site reporting only to the Contracts Director. Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution : Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of a 100-unit residential housing scheme, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within budget, and in line with Tier 1 contractor standards.
• Team & Subcontractor Coordination : Oversee and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to programme milestones.
• Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, local authorities, and internal senior management, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality, Health & Safety Compliance : Enforce strict quality control and health & safety protocols, ensuring the project meets all statutory, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Commercial & Programme Oversight : Work closely with commercial and planning teams to monitor budgets, forecasts, procurement schedules, and risk assessments, driving cost-effective and timely delivery. Requirements Ideal candidate will have Excellent oral and written communication skills Must have EU Passport or RTW in Ireland Ideal Candidate will have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role Benefits €80,000 - €90,000 + Vehicle + Excellent package including bonus
