Ensure branch and company performance targets are met. Complete all administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain precise records by updating internal systems with relevant information. Support the Branch Manager with tasks such as audits when required. Utilize tools, materials, and parts efficiently to minimize waste. Strictly follow all health and safety regulations within the workplace. Comply with company policies and operational procedures at all times. Foster strong relationships with both colleagues and customers to enhance teamwork and service quality. Stay informed and adhere to all company guidelines and best practices. Essential Skills & Requirements : Minimum of one years experience in a similar role. Solid technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of motor vehicles. Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interactions. Demonstrated leadership ability in a workshop or automotive environment. Possession of a valid driving license. Availability to work a flexible 5-6 day schedule.
