Sous Chef - Laois Hotel - €42k - €45k We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef for our client in a thriving hotel in County Laois. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in a dynamic kitchen team known for delivering high standards across multiple outlets including restaurant, banqueting, and room service.
