A leading top-tier law firm in Dublin is seeking a talented and technically strong Corporate Solicitor to join its renowned Charities & Not-for-Profit Group .
This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about corporate governance , charities, and the not-for-profit sector.
You will work with some of the most respected professionals in the field, advising a diverse range of clients including philanthropic foundations, trusts, social enterprises, educational institutions, and national and international charities.
Key Responsibilities : Advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and restructuring for charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Supporting clients through complex incorporations, mergers, and reorganisations.
Providing guidance on charity law, fundraising regulation, and board governance.
Building strong client relationships through proactive, solution-focused legal advice.
The Ideal Candidate : A qualified solicitor (ideally 2+ years PQE) with a strong background in corporate law.
A genuine interest in the charitable and not-for-profit sector.
Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
