We are se eking an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in the heart of Dublin 2. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience crafting authentic pizzas, demonstrating a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary pizza-making techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

Pizza Preparation : Craft a variety of pizzas from scratch, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Dough Management : Prepare, proof, and hand-stretch dough to achieve desired texture and flavor.

Ingredient Selection : Source and select high-quality ingredients, maintaining freshness and authenticity.

Oven Operation : Operate and maintain wood-fired, gas, or electric pizza ovens safely and efficiently.

Kitchen Hygiene : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications :

Experience : At least 3 years of professional experience as a Pizza Chef in a fast-paced environment.

Culinary Skills : Proficiency in dough preparation, pizza assembly, and oven operations.

Creativity : Ability to develop new pizza recipes and adapt to seasonal ingredients.

Time Management : Efficient in managing multiple orders and maintaining quality under pressure.
