As Personal Assistant, you will join one of Ireland's leading Law Firms who pride themselves on an “Approachable, Bold and Connected” approach to their client services. Your new office is based in Dublin City Centre, accessible via multiple public transport routes. You will join the Risk Advisory team on a full-time permanent basis with flexible working options on offer.
Your new role
As Personal Assistant, some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Diary and inbox management of lawyers
- Liaise with the companies' travel firm to manage all travel arrangements
- Monitoring incoming calls / emails and redirecting to the relevant personal
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes of such
- Reporting
- Document and file management
- Business development
- Scheduling
- Additional ad-hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant role, preferably within Professional Services. You will have excellent organisational skills in addition to attention to detail. Strong IT skills, including MS Office and bespoke systems, are essential alongside interpersonal skills as you will liaise with a diverse range of individuals daily.
