Job Overview Guide Our Colleagues - Collaborating with the store management team you work to ensure your team are well-trained, informed and capable of delivering the high store standards our customers expect. Prioritise Customer Satisfaction - You work closely with your management team colleagues to identify customer service needs, communicating these priorities to the team, and ensuring all members contribute to delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment. Drive Store Success - You understand and support the execution of daily performance goals and play a key role in achieving targets and store presentation.
