As a Junior Communications and Social Media Associate, you will work at Group Service Centre (GSC) level with our Communications team, based in Dublin, Ireland, to support strategic communications projects. In addition, you will assist local marketing and communications teams around the world, with special focus on communications asset management, media monitoring and social media management.
This position requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. It is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to start or grow their career in a fast-paced international environment while contributing to meaningful communications initiatives.
Communications tasks
- Serve as point of contact for in-market teams, responding to inquiries addressed to the GSC Communications team and supporting their day-to-day needs.
- Support the GSC Communications team in providing English-language reviews and messaging guidance to colleagues across the global network.
- Support the management and development of Eurofins communications assets, including copyediting, messaging review and visual design.
- Manage support activities for our in-market marketing and communications teams worldwide.
- Monitor traditional and social media coverage of Eurofins companies and their competitors across various markets.
- Support with ad-hoc GSC Communications projects in collaboration with other GSC teams.
- Support the maintenance and development of web pages and website copy.

Qualifications
Education : A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Science or a related field.
Languages : Native-level proficiency in English is required. Fluency in other languages, especially French and German, is considered a plus.
Soft skills : Attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks, with an ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a variety of colleagues in different markets and teams. Experience with social media management, and solid understanding of best practices and compliance standards.
IT Skills : Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of design programmes such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, Adobe Acrobat Professional and media monitoring tools such as Meltwater, Brandwatch, Hootsuite a plus.
