Warehouse Manager

Our client is looking to take on a Warehouse Managerfor their facility in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. This person will manage daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff. Responsibilities : Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimise productivity and accuracy. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure proper use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and accurate documentation. Requirements : Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Full clean driver's license. Forklift license (counterbalance and / or reach).
