Warehouse Manager, Kildare

Job Title- Warehouse Manager Location- Newbridge, Salary - Negotiable depending on experience Reporting to the Operations Manager, Key Responsibilities will include Supervise daily warehouse and despatch activities, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. Coordinate and monitor goods in / out processes, including booking in deliveries and arranging shipments. Lead a team of warehouse operatives, including training, task allocation, and performance monitoring. Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts, investigations, and system updates. Ensure proper use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and accurate documentation. Liaise with transport providers, customer service, and production teams to manage delivery schedules and resolve issues. Enforce compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organised at all times. Essential Skills & Experience required Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory control, and despatch operations. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office. Good leadership, communication, and people skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines. High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. Forklift truck license (counterbalance and / or reach).
