The Opportunity
A well-established, independently minded small animal practice in North Dublin is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its supportive and progressive team on a flexible, part-time basis.
This position is perfect for a vet who values work-life balance , autonomy in clinical decision-making, and the chance to grow professionally within a collaborative, experienced team. With no out-of-hours or on-call commitments, this role offers a refreshing level of flexibility and wellbeing support.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out clinical consultations, case workups, and diagnostics
Perform soft tissue surgeries, including spays, splenectomies, and cystotomies
Manage emergency cases within scheduled hours
Handle clinical procedures such as blood transfusions and catheterisations
Take sole charge when required, with confidence and clinical judgement

Ideal Candidate Profile
VCI registered Veterinary Surgeon
Proven experience in small animal general practice
Confident with surgical and diagnostic procedures
