Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation who is undergoing a major Agile transformation, and looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join their Agile Delivery function on a 6-month rolling contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a large-scale Agile Release Train, driving cross-team collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow. The role offers a flexible working arrangement.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, and system demos
• Drive the flow of value using Agile tools and frameworks (SAFe, Kanban,
• Work with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and Engineering to manage risks and dependencies
• Champion Agile best practices and ensure alignment across teams
• Lead Inspect & Adapt workshops and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a servant leader and coach across the Agile Release Train
