About the Role : Our client is seeking a confident, proactive, and personable HSEQ Advisor to join their Health & Safety team. Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, this newly created position supports a dynamic, fast-paced working environment in the construction and mechanical space. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation and company standards across projects and operations. Key Responsibilities : Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the companys HSEQ systems Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Promote a proactive safety culture across all sites and teams Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Assist with development and delivery of HSEQ training and communications Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices Collaborate closely with the Health & Safety Manager on all compliance and reporting duties Candidate Requirements : 34 years' experience in a HSEQ role, ideally in a construction or mechanical setting Minimum Diploma in Health & Safety Proven ability to work independently and confidently across multiple sites Full driving licence travel is required (company vehicle and fuel covered) Strong interpersonal and communication skills approachable, confident, good sense of humour Experience working in fast-paced, high-compliance environments Knowledge of ISO standards and management systems Package & Benefits : Salary : Determined on Experience Bonus : 17% annually based on company performance Pension & Healthcare Company Car & Fuel
