My client, a highly successful Irish food supplier is looking for a Food Safety & Quality Manager to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing Food Safety & Quality support in each area of production, storage, and transport. Responsibilities of this Food Safety & Quality Manager include

Implement and manage Food Safety Management Systems per legislation and standards.

Lead the HACCP team and oversee internal audits and coordinate with Regulatory Authorities (HSE, FSAI).

Oversee supplier and product approval processes.

Conduct FSMS audits and resolve issues with the team.

Ensure Food Safety training is up to date and materials meet standards.

Address FSQ operational issues and consumer complaints effectively.

Requirements for this Food Safety & Quality Manager include

Qualification in Science or Food Science.

3-5 years of experience in technical Quality management.

Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

Full driver’s license and access to a car and authorised to work in the EU.
