Our main goal is to create a modern process for supporting internal users, which means : using the best global practices in building a service department, focusing on minimizing routine tasks, and utilizing current technologies for work automation.

We are looking for an experienced and independent system administrator. You will find an atmosphere of creativity and innovation, a variety of tasks, and an international team of professionals from 40 countries, and you'll work with the latest equipment and services.

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).

Tasks

• Maintenance of cloud services (Google, AWS, Azure, Cloudflare, GitHub, etc.) :
• Monitoring the availability and load of services;
• Configuration control;
• Communication with technical support to find solutions for incidents and problems;
• Cost optimization and analysis;
• Configuring company information systems in accordance with information security requirements;
• Search and testing of new solutions and services;
• Participation in projects for the development and implementation of services;
• Preparation of project documentation in accordance with business requirements;
• Choice of technologies suitable for solving customer problems;
• Automation of support processes.
