Job Description Summary
The Health Data Insights Manager is responsible for generating robust insights and supports the acceleration of high-quality prediction systems, infusing patient level data science and informatics into each step of the clinical trial process with focus on Feasibility (especially using TriNetX, EHR / EMR datasets).
As a key member of Health Data Insights delivery team, he / she develops insights and recommendations in collaboration with the Health Data Insights Director and Associate Director and supports them for effective delivery.
About the RoleMajor Accountabilities : Lead end-to-end international market research projects, from scoping to insight delivery and stakeholder alignmentTranslate complex business questions into clear, actionable research objectives and methodologiesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure research aligns with commercial, medical, and access strategiesManage external vendors, ensuring compliance with internal policies and global data privacy regulationsSynthesize research findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadershipChampion innovation in research design, tools, and storytelling within the Integrated Insights teamMentor junior team members and foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellenceCommunicate insights effectively through impactful presentations, reports, and visual storytellingRequirements : Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Market Research; advanced degree strongly preferredMinimum 7 years of experience in market research or insights, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectorProven track record managing international research projects across diverse cultural contextsStrong knowledge of both primary and secondary research methodologiesAbility to apply behavioral science principles to understand and influence stakeholder behaviorsSkilled in analyzing competitive intelligence and market dynamics to inform strategic decisionsExcellent communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with compliance standards in market research, including transparency and adverse event reportingCommitment to Diversity & Inclusion : We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
