Role Overview What Youll Be Doing Appraise tender documentation and manage end-to-end estimating Coordinate with design and project teams on scope, pricing, and risk Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and subcontractor enquiries Conduct site visits and contribute to value engineering efforts Present commercial strategies to senior management Mentor junior estimators and support team development Your Profile What Were Looking For Several years of experience in an estimating role (preferably MEP or D&B) Strong technical understanding of construction systems and contracts Skilled in reading drawings, preparing BOQs, and analysing risk Proficient in software such as Microsoft Project and CostX Excellent communicator with a sharp eye for detail and commercial insight If you are interested in this role send your CV to Alan Noone for an initial consultation Skills : Estimator
