Your New Role As a Construction Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the planning, coordination, and delivery of residential or mixed-use construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover
- Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Drive quality assurance and ensure all work meets company and regulatory standards
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need :
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on residential or mixed-use developmentsProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore)Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesRelevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldA full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as requiredWhat You'll Get in Return
