Workday Integration Developer

My client is looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer to join their growing team.

You'll use your experience in Workday integrations which is part of IT system and join them as technical lead for Workday integrations.

The RoleYou'll lead a team which would be responsible for Key HR system for a Large Manufacturing industry business.

You would be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Workday platform, including configuring applications, creating integrations, building reports, and customizing workflows, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional Workday applications while ensuring system efficiency and data integrity.

You'll manage operations of Workday integrations catering payroll, benefits, and relevant IT systems data globally.

Supervise Workday operations team.

Design and implement new Workday integrations and enhance existing integrations using APIs, Core Connectors, EIBs, Payroll Interfaces, and Workday Studio.

Develop custom reports (Advanced and Matrix) for HR users using Workday Report Writer.

Collaborate closely with teams from the Americas, EMEA and APAC to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications.

Drive root cause analysis and resolution of critical issues in Workday integrations.

Conduct weekly and monthly operations review meetings with appropriate stakeholders.

Identify, strategize, and implement process improvements in Workday integrations and reports.

Conduct bi-annual Workday upgrade testing using SMART Kainos Test Manager.

Front face customers and stand as first point of contact for escalations.
