Responsibilities
Your Role :
- You will own new client and existing client product launches / conversions, including : Track and monitor project progress via project tools; Chair client meetings and document actions; Provide exceptional client service throughout; Escalate project issues / delays; Excellentmunication skills; Manage / coordinate all work stream owners and deliverables; Identify / Address / Escalate project concerns and risks; Direct ownership and overseeing Technology system onboarding;
- Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs and they capture any unique sets of requirements.
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented, agreed andpleted at planning phases.
- Ensure application of core Client Integration process and procedures.
- Project manage Ad-Hoc Operational / Process enhancement projects which may include client engagement
- Work with Data Services for additional / ad-hoc requests
- Key member of Global Client Integration team and contribute to PMO responsibilities including staffing, regional project tracking and department projects
- Ensure Lessons learned process is documented and be a critical contributor to identification and implementation of enhancements
Qualifications
About You :
Degree qualified in a business or Finance related disciple.Attention to detail.Team player who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service.Minimum of 7 years in the financial services industry.Experience managing and leading high performing teamsProven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry.Proven Project Management Experience.Proven Business Analysis Experience.Working knowledge of Listed and OTC products.Creative and innovative.Excellentmunication and writing skills.Client focusedDedicate yourself to continuous improvement.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Our Benefits
