The Recruitment Company is an Australian company with a well established office in Dublin. From this office we provide highly specialised contract and permanent IT recruitment across Europe.

We have a solid contractor and client base and are now looking to increase our contract recruitment capabilities by hiring a small team of high energy contract recruiters.

What you need to bring

We need someone who fits the following description :

• Solid experience of contract IT recruitment (min 3 years)
• Strong business development capabilities - from cold calling through to account management
• A love of learning
• A genuine passion for providing amazing service
• The ability to grow within a role and develop
• The ability to build and manage a thriving contractor book
