Swords, North Dublin
70-80k + Car / Allowance + Bonus & Benefits
Required for leading residential developer working on a new residential scheme in Swords.
Role
- Overseeing construction from greenfield to handover
- Implementation of health and safety policies.
- Co-ordination and managing of sub-contractors.
- Oversee quality control and safety measures on site.
- Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Attend regular site meetings with project team.
- Direct and supervise direct staff and sub-Contractors.
- Plan the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of material.
- Maintain a weekly work diary of progress.
- Ensuring procedures in place to maintain plant in good work order.
